Following the success of its Jade Tower in Fuengirola, Cordia, member of the Futureal Group, is further expanding its presence in the Spanish real estate market, on the Costa del Sol with the launch of 360° by Cordia, a new residential development. The project has now reached a major milestone with the laying of its foundation stone, marking the official start of construction.

Located just five minutes from the beaches of Mijas Costa, the development is also close to Fuengirola, Marbella, Málaga city and Málaga International Airport (20 minutes).

The project offers direct access to a nearby 9-hole golf course, as well as tennis and padel courts and a clubhouse. A shopping center, hiking paths, and bike lanes are close by, and the future Grand Green Park of Mijas and the Hippodrome horse racing track will also offer amenities.
