The listed ICT company said on Wednesday that the rebranding will take effect on January 1, 2025, according to a report by news agency MTI.
The services of the businesses will share the single “One” brand from next year, 4iG added.
The units will be merged into Vodafone Magyarország’s legal successor, One Magyarország, by the second half of the year.
One Magyarország will be Hungary’s second-largest telco, the report noted.
