Among EU member states, Hungary is the second-biggest investor in Montenegro, he added. He noted that the Hungarian National Trading House had opened an office in Podgorica and that Hungaryʼs Eximbank had made a €45 mln credit line available for cooperation between Hungarian and Montenegrin SMEs.
