The bill would add three planned bridges to the agreement: one between Drégelypalánk (75 km north of Budapest) and Ipelske Predmostie; another connecting Őrhalom (90 km north) with Vrbovka; and a third bridge for pedestrians and cyclists only between Dunakiliti (165 km northwest) and Dobrohost, Schanda said.
The bridges are expected to be completed in 2023, he added. He noted that construction of another bridge between Hungary and Slovakia, connecting Ipolydamásd (80 km northwest of Budapest) and Chlaba, is underway.
