The Ukrainian side of Lónya (305 km northeast of Budapest), Barabás (310 km northeast), Beregsurány (310 km northeast), Tiszabecs (335 km northeast) are also among those being renovated.
During the renovation, road markings will be repainted, lighting will be replaced with LED lights, modular buildings will be installed and new lanes will be created.
The aim of the renovations is to speed up road traffic and make the related facilities, including toilets and waste containers, more comfortable, the report noted.
