The main topics discussed at the summit, at which 46 countries were represented, were further support for Ukraine and measures to address illegal migration.
Starmer said a consensus had been reached that the problem of illegal migration should be managed at the source.
Hungary will host the next EPC summit in 2024, and Albania and Denmark will host summits in 2025, he added.
The EPC was established in 2022 on the initiative of French President Emmanuel Macron.
