Prices for transport rose the most by 9.6% annually in September, while cost for housing & utilities increased 4.4%.
In addition, prices for restaurants & hotels added 5.2% and prices for education went up by 1.2%.
Meanwhile, cost for food & non-alcoholic beverages fell 0.4%.
On a monthly basis, consumer prices edged down -0.1%, after a 0.1% uptick in August.
