The BRFK announced yesterday that during joint bus lane, coach, and taxi inspections in 2023, 69 people were apprehended, 17 criminal reports were filed, 93 were reported for violations, 782 on-the-spot fines were issued and 204 administrative penalties were imposed.
Last year, the police had to take action 500 times due to violators in the bus lane. BKK and BRFK organized journey inspections 46 times last year, during which almost 1,150 vehicles and 2,900 people were checked, BRFK explained.
