A total of 224 patients died yesterday, raising the coronavirus death toll in Hungary to 35,835.
The number of recovered patients rose to 938,836, while the number of active cases stands at 187,208.
Some 7,568 infected people are currently hospitalized, and 618 of them require ventilation.
The total number of vaccinated persons is 6,162,758, of whom 5,870,466 have already received their second vaccination. About 2.79 million people have already received their third vaccination.
