Some 64 people died yesterday due to COVID-related causes, bringing the total number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic to 44,895.
The number of recovered persons has reached 1,667,111, and the number of active infections now stands at 108,761.
A total of 2,287 patients infected with coronavirus are hospitalized, 90 of them are on ventilators.
The total number of vaccinated persons is 6,399,532, of whom 6,180,867 have already had their second vaccination and 3,830,431 have already had their booster jabs.
