The ADSL Netperc package has no monthly base fee and users will only be charged based on actual usage, at Ft 12 a minute. In the ADSL Light package, the per-minute charge is Ft 6, but there is a Ft 3,290 monthly fee that includes 10 hours of online time. Both packages are capped at Ft 8,900 a month to protect inexperienced users from overspending, T-Online said.
