The company has Ft 3.1 billion in debts, bailiff Krisztina Somogyi said. Kossuth Nyomda was placed under liquidation in the summer. The buyer will be required to pay an additional Ft 20 million-Ft 70 million, excluding VAT, for materials necessary for production. The company’s 170 workers will also be the responsibility of the buyer.
Somogyi said Kossuth Nyomda went bankrupt because of falling prices.
