The German company said yesterday in a statement distributed by DGAP that it bought 3.85 million shares of Budapest-based Graphisoft SE for about €9 each in a public takeover offer running from February 4 through March 21. Nemetschek said it now holds 93.7% of the voting rights in Graphisoft. It had had 54.3% since December 31. With customers including Time Warner Inc.‘s Warner Brothers studios, Nemetschek is counting on the Graphisoft purchase to help it compete with rivals such as Autodesk Inc.
