Hybridbox unit signs cooperation agreement with Origo

Hybridbox, a Hungarian company that makes and sells devices that combine internet and television services, announced that its 100%-owned subsidiary HomeSys Media concluded a cooperation agreement with Origo Media and Communications Services to use their video content inside the HomeSys Media Platform developed by HomeSys Media.

Under the agreement, Origo has authorised HomeSys Media to offer Origo-distributed video contents through the HomeSys Media Platform, and the parties will share the advertisement income, based on an interactive and personalised add system developed by HomeSys Media.

Hybridbox is a B-category issuer at the Budapest Stock Exchange.
