HybridBox, a Hungarian company that makes and sells devices that combine internet and television services, will sell Seychelles-registered unit PHERIX Enterprises Corporation and Slovak unit HybridBox Sk Sro.
The transaction is designed to rationalize the company’s operations, HybridBox announced on Monday evening.
HybridBox is a B-category issuer at the Budapest Stock Exchange.
