At the same time, retailer and holding company Fotex Rt, Domus’ majority owner, has made a Ft 2,250 per share offer for the 1.36% Domus stocks it does not already own.
During the past few months, Fotex has increased its holding in Domus from 56% to over 98% in a series buyout offers. The delisting is due to be sanctioned by Domus at its annual general meeting on April 26.
