Retail vacancy rate in Budapest’s main shopping streets fell this summer, daily Napi Gazdaság reports, citing a fresh survey by Ecorys Magyarország.
The overall vacancy rate in Váci and Andrássy streets and its surroundings as well as in Nagykörút fell to 12.7% from 14% in June-August.
Vacancy fell to 5% from 8.5% in Teréz körút, to 19% from 21% in Andrássy street and to 6.5% from 7.5% in Váci street, the newspaper said.
