As at the end of March 2013, Poland’s total debt was 1.3% higher than in the previous month and stood at PLN 825.79 billion (€197.7 billion or $253.5 billion). Domestic debt stood at PLN 572.77 billion, up by 1.6% month-on-month and 5.5% since the end of 2012. Foreign debt was at PLN 253.02 billion, it grew by 0.9% both compared to the previous month and to the end of last year.
