Revenue from premiums on life insurance policies climbed 6.8% to HUF 476 bln. Revenue from premiums on general insurance policies rose 12.9% to HUF 628 bln.
Revenue from premiums on compulsory vehicle insurance increased 7.8% to HUF 213 bln, while revenue from premiums on comprehensive vehicle policies rose 14.9% to HUF 103 bln. Revenue from premiums on farm policies jumped 45.5% to HUF 22 bln.
Insurers' after-tax profit fell 66% to HUF 21 bln during the period.
