MOL argues that the Croatian government forced INA, in which MOL owns a 49.08% stake, to sell underpriced gas to the state-owned Croatian Electric Works (HEP), 24sata said.
The state of Croatia owns 44.84% of INA.
After the article was published, MOL confirmed the news in a short statement but did not offer any further details.
MOL is seeking "tens of millions of euros" in the case, 24sata learned.
