Nagy said that harvesting operations are in full swing.
He noted that the winter barley harvest, which began in mid-June, is now essentially complete, with a national average yield of 5.6 tonnes per hectare.
The winter wheat harvest is also proceeding steadily; despite recent rainfall, more than 50% has already been gathered.
Nagy added that yields vary widely so far, with an average of 5.3 tonnes per hectare, though this figure may not yet accurately represent the final national results.
