Shares of Magyar Telekom will trade with a coupon for a dividend on 2012 profit until May 6, 2013, the telco said late Monday. The record data for the dividend payment is May 9, 2013. Magyar Telekom shareholders approved the proposal to pay the dividend – tapping profit reserves – at an annual general meeting on April 12. The dividend fund comes to HUF 52.1 billion and includes the company’s entire net profit of HUF 30.8 billion as well as HUF 21.3 billion from profit reserves.
