The Hungarian data center is expected to provide high-security e-mail services as of this fall, MTI reported.
Deutsche Telekom expects the data center to be the first to provide services to all the European subsidiaries of the company, said Claudia Nemat a member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom. She added that by the end of 2020 the network would be further expanded with other data centers in Europe, MTI reported.
The companyʼs so-called “Pan-Net” network allows the use of a cross-border, standardized infrastructure framework, according to MTI. Local units of Deutsche Telekom will be able to choose from a central catalogue that will employ the service modules required for their own markets, MTI added.
