OTP Bank was the only blue chip that failed to advance, losing 1.56% to HUF 5,562 on the day. Turnover of the share came to HUF 5.1 bln or a little more than half of the HUF 10.0 session total.
Oil and gas company MOL gained 1.67% to HUF 14,945 on turnover of HUF 2.1 bln.
Drugmaker Richter rose 1.16% to HUF 4,625 on turnover of HUF 1.8 bln and Magyar Telekom was up 0.95% at HUF 425 on turnover of HUF 877m.
Western Europeʼs biggest indices were all lower late on Tuesday.
Elsewhere in the region, Warsawʼs WIG 20 was down 1.16% and the Prague PX fell 0.83%.
