The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Monday trade up 1.05% at 16,276.76.
BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Monday’s opening bell:
OTP Bank was up 2.03% at HUF 3,020;
Oil and gas company MOL was up 1.17% at HUF 16,490;
Magyar Telekom was up 0.83% at HUF 485;
Drug company Richter was up 0.01% at HUF 35,105.
On Friday, the BUX closed down 0.72% to 16,107.72 on a turnover of HUF 21.6bn.
