The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Friday trade up 0.98% at 16,384.72.
BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Friday’s opening bell:
OTP Bank was up 1.85% at HUF 3,030;
Magyar Telekom was up 1.04% at HUF 485;
Oil and gas company MOL was up 1.03% at HUF 16,670;
Drug company Richter was unchanged at HUF 35,500.
On Thursday, the BUX closed down 2.11% to 16,225.09 on a turnover of HUF 24.5bn.
