The Budapest Stock Exchange was off to a good start on Wednesday morning with the benchmark BUX index trading up 0.9% at 21,550 a few minutes after 9 am.
The four BSE blue chip shares stood as follows at Wednesday’s opening bell:
OTP Bank was up 1.5% at HUF 5,328.
Oil and gas company MOL was up 1.2% at HUF 20,600.
Magyar Telekom was up 0.6% at HUF 541.
Drugmaker Richter was up 0.2% at HUF 37,000.
