The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Tuesday trade up 0.60% at 17,472.78.
BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Tuesday’s opening bell:
OTP Bank was up 1.30% at HUF 3,441;
Magyar Telekom was up 0.77% at HUF 523;
Drug company Richter was up 0.28% at HUF 36,000;
Oil and gas company MOL was up 0.26% at HUF 17,500.
On Monday, the BUX closed up 0.10% to 17,368.39 on a turnover of HUF 6.5bn.
