Antenna Hungária Albanian Units Merge

The Albanian units of Antenna Hungária, majority owned by listed ICT company 4iG, merged on January 1, 4iG said in an announcement posted on the bourse's website on Thursday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

Mobile services provider ONE Telecommunications merged with fixed-line provider ALBtelecom. The legal successor of the merged companies is ONE Albania.

ONE Albania is majority owned by Albania Telekom Invest which is wholly owned by Antenna Hungária.
