The scheme, initiated by Hungarian tech company Peak, will allow 500 selected businesses use of Peak’s EchoAI platform, free of charge, for a year.

The selected companies will also get instructional materials and tips.

Peak estimates AI Start 500 participants could save more than a thousand labor hours.

Peak founder Marton Suppan said small businesses need help to catch up with big companies in applying AI solutions.

László Palkovics, the government commissioner for AI, highlighted the wide variety of business-specific developments the scheme could support.
