The membership reinforces Revolut’s long-term commitment to the Hungarian market, along with its ambition to contribute its strong global expertise towards the collaborative efforts of the HFA, the company says.

“Joining the Hungarian Fintech Association allows us to collaborate with peers and policymakers that are shaping the space of innovative digital financial services in Hungary, and we are delighted to be part of this important mission,” said Mariia Lukash, head of Growth for CEE at Revolut. “We share a goal with the HFA of ensuring that Hungarians have access to modern financial solutions that bring true value to their lives, so combining our efforts was a natural step towards achieving this.”

“We are happy to welcome Revolut to the Hungarian Fintech Association,” said Ács Zoltán, chairman of the Hungarian Fintech Association. “Revolut has built a strong reputation and experience in digital finance globally, and I am confident that their contribution will support the growth of the Hungarian fintech sector.”

As a member, Revolut will participate in joint initiatives and dialogues on important topics, such as fintech regulation, customer safety, and financial inclusion.
