According to the contracts, in case a retailer deviated from the set price, the importer Navi-Gate Kft was entitled to withdraw the retailer’s distribution rights. As a conclusion of the supervision including the related retailers as well, GVH established that setting retail prices in Navi-Gate’s contracts may limit economic competition and as a result, the authority fined Navi-Gate Kft Ft 43 million.
