The seven-story office building on Róbert Károly körút received the best scores for energy and water efficient management and operation, the green environment, the preservation and potential future conversion of the building, and its focus on the well-being and health of its users.

In the press release, Wing noted that it has been constructing its major developments with a focus on sustainability for more than 10 years now. Also, the buildings it has completed in the past are continuously being modernized.
Skylight City is easily accessible both by car and public transport. The office building has been architecturally and functionally reconstructed and also offers great views, and its glass curtain wall and granite facades make it a distinctive part of the cityscape. It also features a special, spacious inner atrium with an exhibition space, a café, and a snack bar.
