Office Garden II, located close to the Danube in the Ninth District of Budapest has been awarded LEED Gold certification. The office complex by the Hungarian GRT Group is close to fully let and is attracting the attention of investors. According to Norbert Szircsak, Senior associate of Colliers Green Advisory Services, the certification process looked at energy efficiency, maintanence and sustainable opertations.
