Another new lease agreement was signed in the A category IP West office building in the new towers. The new tenant, SEARCH-LAB Ltd. is an internationally recognized security auditor of software and hardware products. Its services are backed by international research activities, and are also complemented with practice-oriented secure coding trainings prepared specifically for the largest software development companies.
The company shall take its new premises as of June 2011. The building is in close proximity to the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, the high quality technical standards, the efficient office space and the services provided in-house played an important part in the tenant’s decision making process.
During the negotiations the developer AIG/Lincoln was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle. SEARCH-LAB assigned the lease for an office close to 400 sqm, which offers an excellent top floor space with a large roof terrace with amazing views onto the city.
