The new office will open in April, announced Botond Rencz who acts as CSE Central Cluster and Hungary tax leader and country managing partner, Hungary at EY.
"Due to the prolonged coronavirus epidemic, companies face a number of new tasks, which has increased the demand for consulting support. In response to market demand, we are establishing regional centers to help us support our existing and future clients even more effectively. Our aim is to help domestic companies emerge stronger from this transition period," stressed Rencz. "We are opening our third office in Pécs. The city government has created an investor-friendly environment, which will create significant opportunities for EY. In the coming years, we will increase the number of our staff in Pécs."
According to the press release, Pécs attracts domestic and international companies with its excellent location, investment promotion programs, high-quality services, infrastructure, and skilled workforce. Industrial parks in the vicinity of the city are providing space for a wide range of greenfield investments in manufacturing, trade, and logistics.
