The most expensive place in Central Europe is the Czech Republic where property sells at €1,186 per sqm. In Western Europe, Britain and France head the list, with newly built residential property costing €4,000 per sqm on average.
According to the survey, the most affordable capital cities are Budapest, Lisbon and Warsaw, where properties cost €1,140, €1,640 and €1,704 per sqm respectively. The most expensive are London and Paris where prices are exorbitant.
