More than half of the respondents feel that a knowledge base would help their everyday work.
The survey also pointed out that 70% of the success of integration depends on superiors and colleagues. In hybrid working conditions, there is much less time for knowledge transfer. Onboarding, for instance, the integration of the new team member, takes much longer, with which only a third of job changers are satisfied.
Two-thirds of those who completed the questionnaire stated that they have been in their current position for more than two months; half of them work in companies with more than 250 employees, while 9% work in micro-enterprises with less than 10 employees.
