The findings show that 12% of respondents are actively applying for jobs, while 34% are not initiating a change but would consider an offer.

Notably, the share of job seekers who are currently employed has risen to 25%, up from 16% a year ago and 14% two years prior.

Salary and benefits remain the top priorities for job seekers, followed by workplace location, schedule and hours, and working conditions.

Prospective colleagues remain a key factor for one in three employees when considering a job change.
