The hourly pay rate ranged between HUF 1,750 and over 2,000 in most regions, but stood at HUF 2,300 in Central Transdanubia and reached HUF 2,750 in the capital.
The analysis was based on the wage data of close to 7,000 workers.
The gross hourly statutory minimum wage in Hungary stands at HUF 1,874 for skilled laborers and HUF 1,534 for unskilled workers.
