To achieve these aims, government offices operating under the professional supervision of the economy ministry will play a proactive role. These offices, acting as consumer protection and market surveillance authorities, are committed to taking decisive action in any situation where there is suspicion of legal violations.
This includes not only cases of deceptive commercial practices, where consumers may be misled about the nature or quality of the products but also instances where products do not meet necessary safety standards, posing potential risks to consumers, particularly children.
The ministry emphasized that it will rigorously enforce regulations to prevent such violations and safeguard the interests of the public.
