In a post on Facebook on Sunday, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Szijjarto said Hungary had responded to "a request from our friends" and would send the COVID jabs to Montenegro to boost the country's inoculation rate.
He noted that the government recently delivered 41,000 doses of COVID vaccine to Transcarpathia, in the west of Ukraine.
