More than 330,000 doses of a Covid vaccine developed by Pfizer and BioNTech arrived in Hungary on Tuesday, the local unit of Pfizer said according to a report by state news wire MTI.
Pfizer Gyógyszerkereskedelmi said the latest shipment raises total deliveries of its Comirnaty vaccine to Hungary to 3.5 million doses.
"Pfizer has reliably delivered COVID-19 vaccines to inoculation points in Hungary on a weekly basis for more than four months," the company said.
It added that deliveries of the vaccine had "increased significantly" from the second quarter, with 1.3 million doses arriving in the month of May alone.
