Output increased for mining & quarrying by 34.7% and for manufacturing by 14.2%.
By contrast, production fell for electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply by 1.1%.
On a monthly basis, industrial activity jumped 21.9%, reversing a 12.7% decline.
