After the final settlement, MHB Optimum's stake will increase to 27.09% and ownership of High Yield will rise to 23.16%, Waberer's said on the bourse's website.

MHB Optimum and High Yield had offered HUF 2,336 per share – the statutory minimum – in the buyout. MHB Optimum had agreed to acquire two-thirds of the shares offered and High Yield one-third.

High Yield is owned by Gyoögy Waberer, who built up Waberer's over more than two decades.

BDPST Equity, a unit of the real estate management company BDPST Group, earlier agreed to acquire MHB Optimum.
