With these acquisitions, the group is expanding its service portfolio into markets that go beyond traditional HR activities but, due to their labor-intensive nature, create synergies with its core operations and provide significant added value for clients.
“Over the past 20 years, Prohuman Group has become Hungary’s leading HR service provider and has grown into a multinational company active in seven countries, providing jobs for 25,000 people across various sectors. In addition to international acquisitions, we are also seeking investment opportunities in Hungary, primarily to strengthen our service portfolio in outsourcing, in line with our strategic growth plan. We are investing in sectors that go beyond traditional HR services but are complementary to them, have growth potential in both domestic and regional markets, and represent higher added value for our clients,” said Sándor Zakor, chairman of the board of Prohuman Group.
Green Solutions and International Prospects
As part of its acquisition strategy, the group has secured majority stakes in two Hungarian companies in recent months. In October 2024, Prohuman Group acquired a 75% stake in Green Vector Kft., a facility management company established in 1995. The company provides tailored services to clients, including office buildings, industrial and commercial properties, premium residential buildings, and sports facilities. Green Vector is committed to environmentally friendly operations and holds the “Eco-Friendly Service” certification.
In January 2025, Prohuman Group acquired full ownership of Protocall Kft., which has been a major player in the Hungarian contact center market since 2009. The company specializes in telesales, customer service, and back-office operations, with clients ranging from energy providers and financial institutions to retail, logistics, and e-commerce businesses. With its integration into Prohuman Group, Protocall plans to expand internationally.
Following the acquisitions, both companies will continue to operate with their existing management teams, while Prohuman Group will play a key role in business development.
Higher Added Value for Clients
“The acquisition of Green Vector and Protocall allows us to support our clients’ operations beyond HR services with sustainable and innovative solutions that optimize their business, making it greener and more cost-efficient—all from a single provider. We believe that with these new services, combined with our HR expertise and in-depth knowledge of our partner companies, we can create even greater value for our clients. These acquisitions align well with our growth strategy, which aims to establish Prohuman Group not only as Hungary’s leading HR service provider but also as the dominant player in the regional market,” added Zakor.
To support its growth objectives, Prohuman Group has established Prohuman BPO Kft., which consolidates all of its subsidiaries that provide non-traditional HR services. In this new structure, alongside Green Vector and Protocall, the group has also integrated its financial sector subsidiaries, Finance Care Kft., a multi-agent provider, and Finance Sales Kft., which operates an extensive sales network.
