As experience of recent years shows that increasing numbers of office workers stress the importance of a healthy lifestyle and choose to run or cycle to work or exercise at lunchtime, new facilities have been installed to provide the opportunity for employees to refresh themselves after a busy day or physical activity. 

With this in-house service, the two office buildings are encouraging the trend among more than 1,400 employees at companies such as Aegon Hungary, the Faludi Wolf Theiss Law Firm, Alpiq Energia, Kelly Services, Philip Morris, GEOX, and in CityZen, Cargill Hungary, P4 Investment Group and Tech Mahindra.

Since its establishment, ConvergenCE has developed commercial projects with a total investment volume of over €150 million and assets under management with a value of €150 million. ConvergenCE has also monitored and managed projects with a total value in excess of €200 million on behalf of third-party owners, occupiers and investors.
