The financial closing of the transaction was carried out on April 5 after having obtained the approval of the Competition Office (GVH).
On December 13, 2005 Magyar Telekom concluded an agreement to buy a 100% stake in Dataplex for Ft 5.113 billion.
No change was made in Dataplex’s management or business operations in connection with the transaction, MTelekom said.
