The number of M&A transactions in Hungary fell to 84 last year from 100 in 2021, Balézs Sahin-Tóth, the head counsel of the Budapest law office Allen&Overy Kádár, said presenting the report.
The value of M&A transactions in Central and Eastern Europe reached USD 29.84 bln last year.
