“The present success confirms to us and our renters that the buildings operate effectively,” said György Pintér Head of Building Management at CA IMMO Hungary Kft. According to Pintér, CA IMMOʼs Hungarian group played an important role to get the LEED Gold classification.

The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Existing Buildings is a globally recognized classification system that takes into account the sustainability, internal environment, water and energy usage of the buildings.

Last year, two Hungarian business centers of CA IMMO (Capital Square, R70) won LEED Gold classifications.
